A few years ago I attended a cooking class at the Maya Kitchen. The class was led by executive chef Robby Goco (owner of a couple of restaurants). He taught us some of his recipes used at Cyma. One of the recipes he taught us was how to make Greek salad. We make it often since it's pretty easy to make. The ingredients are also easy to acquire compared to the other dishes he taught us (well the other dishes are also hard to make).
Through the years we've adjusted the recipe and learned to make it with the least amount of ingredients. Really depends on what we have in the fridge, haha. Here's how to make homemade Greek salad -
