Four Bad Boys and Me
If I heard it right, this film was based on a Wattpad story (quick Google search says there's 4 books). Four books? That explains why it felt the film was rushed and I felt there was more to each bad boy than helping the leads end up together. It was pretty entertaining, but it could've been better.
Love at First Spike
I enjoyed this series much more than the movie. The story was well thought out. According to Direk Theodore Boborol, it was a bit based on his life story. The actors we're very engaging and we looked them all up after finishing the series. The only stone unturned was Coach Larry. What happened to him?
Beach Bros
I only found out about this recently since Brent Manalo is all over the news. It's your typical coming of age story set in beautiful Baler. It was entertaining, but not as riveting sa LAFS. The actors we're much better though than FBBAM. Watch if you have extra time, it's just 6 episodes.
We should probably go finish Maria Clara and Pulang Araw. I don't know what's wrong, but at some point we felt it was dragging. We'll revisit.
