I started writing when I was 8. My mom got me a journal where I could rant (prob so I won't be an annoying brat). I stopped writing for 8 years until the pen and then later on the keyboard called on me again. I blog because I like writing and that's just about it. Hope you get inspired though... Bite the apple!

Blog Reading Level
I was sifting through my Google Reader feeds when I saw Noel's post about his blog's reading level - meaning "What level of education is required to understand your blog". I got curious so I tried it out for my blog. I thought that my blog's fairly easy to understand so it'd probably get the same rating Noel got (high school), but much to my surprise this is the result -

mines elementary level. i was disappointed. i was shooting for prep. guess i should try harder.. :D
ReplyDeletemines a GENIUS level too. surprising.
ReplyDeleteThat test is crazy-wonky. I did that a week or two back and I got elementary on my personal blog & junior high on my food blog.
ReplyDeletePerhaps it has something to do with the layouts of the texts and graphics... given 2 blogs of the same layout with different genre/niche, maybe that would reflect more the underlying factors to the test. :)
