Parmesan Crusted Garlic Cream Cheese Baked Salmon

It's a mouthful to say out loud, but this is one of my favorite baked salmon recipes. I learned it from Chef RV's baked seafood video. My twist is adding parmesan after lathering it with the cream cheese+ mayo mixture.
